When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment, billing and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order with Quadrant is an acceptance of Quadrant’s offer to sell our Products, subject to availability and pursuant to the terms contained in this Agreement. Quadrant, at its discretion, may complete your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to complete your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered completed until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to complete your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order. Delivery and/or shipment dates provided in connection with any order are estimates only and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.
Quadrant may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Quadrant may reject any order, or any part of an order.
When you place an order via the Site, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Quadrant will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide and maintain a valid email address.
Orders will be billed at the prices at the time of shipment. Prices will be applicable for the specific time. Prices shown in our shopping cart/catalog are subject to change without any notice. The prices may also be based on the quantity and the same is mentioned in the shopping cart wherever applicable. In case If Minimum order qty and Minimum packaging Qty is imposed in catalog/shopping cart, user must have to order greater than minimum order qty and in multiplication to minimum packaging qty.. Prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, international shipping charges, forwarding agent’s and broker’s fees, bank fees, consular fees, and document fees.
All payments must be made in the currency billed on the original invoice. Credit/Debit Cards include all major bank debit/credit cards. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipment of order. Customer agrees to pay the entire net amount of each order he does shopping from Quadrant in advance without any deduction. if Customer fails to pay any order, the order will not be saved. Fees will include GST as set by the Government of India.
All Products ordered on www.quadrantindia.com for India, are shipped through any courier we have tie up with. We process all orders within 2-4 business days. The shipping time mentioned on the website is approximate and delivery is subject to the courier partners. We don’t ship/deliver any Orders on holidays or weekends. If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days to a week. In case there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a ëShipment Confirmation’ email/sms once your order has been shipped/dispatched containing your shipment tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. We currently ship to any part of the world. International Shipments might take upto a 10-15 days to deliver and the cost of International shipments vary from time to time. In case there is an order and needs to be shipped outside India, we might send you an additional email asking you to pay for the shipment difference amount before the shipment is booked in the courier here. Once we receive the full payment, we will ship the product.
Quadrant reserves the right to change the terms of these Conditions of Order without notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Conditions of Order prior to your purchasing of Products, and your purchasing of Products after any changes to these Conditions of Order acknowledges your agreement to the then current Conditions of Order. In the event that a change or update is made to these Conditions of Order, the “Date of Last Modification” will be updated accordingly.
