A User can cancel an order for a printed book within 24 hours from the time of the order. You may write to us at info@quadrantindia.com mentioning the Order No. In case of any query/difficulty, please call us at 0124-4013646/4013647.
In the event of a cancellation request due to non-delivery within 15 days of your order, you are requested to provide us an opportunity to correct the situation within 10 days of your notifying us. In the event that we are unable to have the product delivered to you within this period of 10 days, Quadrant will be obligated to refund the entire amount of your order.
If you receive a damaged or a defective book, please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package.
Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for return. Also state your Order No./Quadrant Bill No. and send it to us through the same courier through which you received your book giving our courier account number which will be intimated to you. As soon as we receive the defective book we will send you a fresh replacement. You may also write to us at info@quadrantindia.com clearly mentioning the Order No. This facility is only for books bought from our website www.quadrantindia.com.
Return of any defective/damaged book should be done within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

The ebooks (including PDF books) are not subject to the above Cancellation Policy or the Return Policy for printed books. Quadrant does not provide the ability for Users to cancel orders or obtain refunds for, or to receive replacements of, ebooks (including PDF books).
